We combined our work on area and perimeter by looking at a problem question. How can Farmer Fred make sure his sheep get the most possible grass, if he can buy only 20 metres of fence? We found five different fields with a perimeter of 20 metres. Did they all have the same area? Look at the board above to find out. The field with the most area will have the most grass, so the sheep will be happy.
