We combined our art this week with our maths work on area. We each drew a symmetrical robot on centimetre squared paper. My robot is on the board above. We counted the number of squares in our robots, and that gave us the area. We added coloured parts to our robots, such as eyes, a mouth and a computer. We counted the area of each part.

Art: area robots
