Maths: grams and kilograms

We looked at ways of writing mass. We can write in grams, or we can write in grams and kilograms. Check the examples on the board above. Sometimes we need to put a zero to show that a column is empty. If we do not put the zero, the other numbers will be in the wrong columns.

We finished with two harder questions about mass. The solutions are in blue on the board above. I have shown my working, and I have used words in the answers to match the words in the questions.
